How do I check on the status of my payouts?

Payouts happen automatically every two days and take 3-5 business days to arrive in your bank account. You can find the history of your payouts and the date of the next payout in the app by pressing the profile image at the top right of the Dashboard page.

How do I change my bank account?

You can find your fnancial settings such as bank account routing by pressing the top right profile image icon on the Dashboard page.

How do I deal with chargebacks?

If you have a chargeback, you will receive an automated email from our financial partner. You can deal with it by going to the receipt for that item on the history page and pressing "View Details". Best thing to do is refund it within 24 hours of being alerted, or prepare to argue your dispute with the customer's bank. Please contact us if you have any questions or problems.
