How does Catch It work?

Catch It allows your customers to pay you from the comfort of their own device. We accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Affirm, Klarna, Link and Stablecoins.

Here's how to get paid on Catch It:
1. Input a price
2. Upload an image for the receipt
3. Create a checkout session to share via QR code or link

The funds settle into your Catch It wallet before going to your bank account and we keep track of all your sales data so you can understand trends and prove your income.

Do my customers have to download Catch It?

Only sellers need to download Catch It as their new merchant wallet.

Buyers use checkout links to open up a website where they can pay. These links can even pop up on social media sites, allowing your customers to check out directly from Instagram.

Now with Catch It, you can delete all those other payment apps cluttering up your phone and let your buyers pay with whatever they want, in person, over text and directly on social media.

How do I check on the status of my payouts?

Payouts happen automatically every two days and take 3-5 business days to arrive in your bank account.

You can find the history of your payouts and the date of the next payout in the app by pressing the profile image at the top right of the Dashboard page.

How do I change my bank account?

You can find your fnancial settings such as bank account routing by pressing the top right profile image icon on the Dashboard page.

How do I deal with chargebacks?

If you have a chargeback, you will receive an automated email from our financial partner.

You can handle it by going to the receipt for that item on the history page and pressing "View Details".

Best thing to do is refund it within 24 hours of being alerted, or prepare to argue your dispute with the customer's bank.

How do I delete my account?

If you want to delete your Catch It account and remove your personal data:

Option 1 — In-App:
Go to Dashboard → Profile Settings → Delete Account inside the Catch It app.

Option 2 — By Email:
Email us at support@didyoucatchit.com with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request" Include the phone number or email associated with your account so we can verify your identity.

We'll permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days, except where we're legally required to retain some information (e.g., for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance).
